Trash of the Count’s Family Part 2 Chapter 320: I’ll do it (7)

“Emperor.”

“…….”

“No.

A ruler?”

“…Is the answer important?”

The Heavenly Demon laughed as he looked down at his hand.

The hand holding the sword was slightly shaking.

However, he could not look down at his hand for a long time.

‘Kim Hae-il.’

His gaze automatically headed toward Cale Henituse.

‘This guy, what the hell is he?’

The world was flipping over.

The sky was roaring, it suddenly rained and then the sun came up before lightning and thunder rushed in.

The ground moved up and down before it cracked.

Even he might get swept up in the natural disasters and get seriously hurt if he didn’t pay attention.

‘The World Tree and the foundation of this world will not pay any attention to this area.’

It was exactly as they had been told.

Both the enemies and their allies did not pay any attention to the situation and charged at each other.

But now-

‘What is this?’

It was silent.

No, the world was still loud.

However, both enemies and allies alike were just standing there.

Silently.

‘No.’

They were unable to make any noise because they were scared.

They all just stood there.

Oooooo– oooooo–

The aura surrounding the Heavenly Demon remained the same.

This dark red aura…

Recognizing that he was the heaven and the apex of the Demon way, accepting that path as the one he had walked and the only way for him to push forward…

That was when the Heavenly Demon became able to handle this aura.

‘That’s probably why I can look at this.’

Furthermore…

‘The power is not focused on us.’

The Dragon Lord…

The Heavenly Demon could feel that the aura was focused on that bastard.

The aura was just so strong that it overflowed and seeped out like the scent of flowers to the nearby area.

‘This is different from the past.’

He had seen Cale Henituse use his aura in the past to make enemies kneel and suffocate them.

However, he didn’t feel such an aura from this guy right now.

‘Warmth.’

Yes.

It was scary but he could feel warmth.

What was the reason for that?

This warmth…

It’s as if-

‘Yeah. If there was a god that looked after us…’

If an omnipotent existence like a god showed benevolence toward the humans…

Wouldn’t it feel like this aura?

“Ha.”

It was a nonsensical thought.

Cale Henituse was human.

An extremely strong human.

‘And-

He’s a good guy.

Yeah.

No matter how he tries to look stoic and cold, Kim Hae-il is a good person at heart. It’s definitely that bastard.’

“I am right.”

This aura was definitely that punk’s aura.

This aura suited Cale Henituse better than the one in the past.

‘But how come I cannot see that punk’s aura?’

The aura coming out of Cale Henituse was not visible.

But he could feel it.

‘Maybe it wouldn’t be scary if I could see it-’

“Ha!”

‘What was that thought just now?

Was I really scared just now?

I was scared?

I, the Heavenly Demon?’

It seemed so ridiculous but the Heavenly Demon could not easily deny it.

He heard Rasheel mumbling in disbelief by his side.

“Is, is the mana running away right now?”

Between the sky and the ground…

The roaring mana was moving away from Cale Henituse.

Anybody would think that the mana was running away.

What was this aura to cause this?

What was in it?

What was making the mana, which had been running wild without being scared of anything, run away?

“Crazy bastard.”

The Heavenly Demon could only silently agree with Rasheel.

‘I can’t explain it.’

The aura coming out of Cale Henituse could not be explained.

Domination?

Fear?

Dread?

No.

It was none of those.

However, one thing was clear.

He should not try to stand against it.

And-

“Ha!”

He was surprised at the thought forming in his mind.

He felt that he should not stand against it, but he also wanted to reach his hand out.

Because it felt so warm.

The world was flipping over and going wild, but the warmth in this unshakable strength had a way of drawing him in.

“Haaaaa.”

Rasheel let out a deep sigh.

“This isn’t good.”

‘This isn’t good?’

Rasheel mumbled before moving away from Cale.

‘What is going on?’

The Heavenly Demon looked confused before seeing the enemy Dragons slowly moving away from Cale or using their Dragon Fear.

The Heavenly Demon made eye contact with Rasheel.

Rasheel quietly commented. He looked extremely annoyed as he did so.

“I can’t handle it!”

Rasheel looked down at his hand.

The back of his hands were covered in goosebumps.

“This bastard wasn’t originally like this. Just what the hell is he-”

Rasheel could not finish his sentence.

Dragon Lord Neo. This should just be a portion of the aura that overflowed while Cale was focused on Neo, but…

‘…Why-

Why am I scared?

No, why does it feel so leery?’

He could feel numerous emotions toward Dragons in Cale Henituse’s aura.

‘Hostility?

No.

Competitive spirit?

That’s not it either.’

Rasheel looked around at the Dragons using Dragon Fear and saw one of the 10 Dragon gods that still barely managed to stay alive.

It was the Red Dragon with the attribute of gluttony.

The bastard, who had just come back to his senses after being pummeled by Eruhaben, was shaking profusely as he looked at Cale Henituse.

“Ah.”

‘Yes. That’s it.’

He had found the answer.

The feeling Cale Henituse’s aura was giving the Dragons…

That was-

“…Gluttony.”

Yes. It felt similar to gluttony.

“Ha.”

He couldn’t believe it.

‘He wants to eat Dragons?’

No, it was different.

It was something a bit more slimy and dreadful than gluttony.

Boom. Boom.

Rasheel could feel his heart beating.

‘Ah.

This is how it feels.

This is how a herbivore feels in front of a predator.

This is that kind of fear.’

Rasheel didn’t know the reason behind it, but he could feel that there was something fundamental in Cale Henituse’s aura that made the Dragons scared.

It was something that-

‘God.’

It was something that had an aura so strong that it made them think of the gods.

Rasheel would not be able to defeat Cale’s aura even if he used his Dragon Fear to the max.

That should be the same for the other Dragons as well.

“Hehe-”

Rasheel couldn’t help but laugh after seeing that none of the enemy Dragons could move to go save their leader, Neo.

He also realized something else as well.

Although he was a bit rude, he was actually pretty smart.

Even his rudeness was tactfully controlled.

‘Nobody else is affected as much as the Dragons.’

They were scared, but he could see that the other races were not full of fear like they were.

‘Mm.’

Rasheel’s eyes clouded over.

‘The humanic ones.’

Humans and Beast people.

The way they were looking at Cale was different from how they looked at Cale when he used his aura.

They were definitely scared, but there was warmth in their gazes.

‘Warmth?’

He could also see friendliness and goodwill as well.

They were looking at Cale Henituse as if, as if-

‘Ah.’

They were looking at Cale the same way the Elves looked at the World Tree.

The humans and Beast people had such looks of reverence in their eyes.

‘What the hell?’

It made sense for the Elves to have such gazes toward the World Tree.

Their homes, their entire worlds, had started from the World Tree.

That was why he couldn’t understand why the humans and Beast people were looking at Cale the same way.

‘That makes no sense.

Cale is not their home or their world.

Cale Henituse is also a fellow human.

So why are they looking at him as if they are looking at a world… As if they are looking at their hometown?

And why is it so natural that they themselves don’t even realize it?

This is different from how they worship gods.’

The Elves treated the World Tree like a god but did not consider it to be a god.

In fact, they just cherished it as a part of their life.

Even the gazes of the enemy humans of Aipotu were subconsciously full of warmth as they looked at Cale Henituse.

Rasheel realized it after seeing this.

‘This is an aura that makes Dragons feel scared but humans feel warm.’

“Ho.”

How was something like this possible?

‘This is like-’

It felt like he was looking at another guardian of the human world, or a neutral mediator.

Rasheel recalled a moment in the past when he discussed Cale’s state with Mila and Eruhaben.

‘Cale’s plate now contains the world.’

‘Are you saying it is its own world?’

‘Yeah.’

Why was he recalling that right now?

‘Is it because I am a Dragon?’

Dragons were the guardians of the natural world.

But the Dragons of Aipotu were trying to destroy this world.

But what if there was another existence in this natural world that was able to fight against Dragons or other figures, even gods, that tried to destroy the natural world?

If that existence was human but that human was large and strong enough that he had a whole world within him?

‘Yeah.’

If such an existence was to appear…

‘They would be like Cale Henituse.’

Rasheel couldn’t even scoff anymore.

He looked around.

The enemy Dragons did not look good.

They had realized it as well.

They had realized the identity of Cale Henituse.

That an existence that would take away the unique position Dragons held as neutral mediators or guardians had appeared.

Furthermore, they knew that an existence that was strong enough to consume the Dragons, someone they did not dare to easily attack, was in the natural world.

They realized it after looking at Cale Henituse.

“… How surprising.”

Lord Sheritt was floating above the Black Castle watching everything.

‘The gods said that Cale Henituse has the qualifications to be a god.’

Sheritt chuckled while thinking about what Eruhaben wanted her advice about.

“A god my ass.”

Her hand started to move after that comment.

It was not just her.

Those who had firm beliefs despite being Dragons…

Those who happily gave their bodies to that aura for that reason…

“Cale Henituse wants to consume the Dragons?”

That was absolutely not possible.

“It must be the power of the crown.”

Eruhaben’s hand moved as well.

Ssssssssss-

Mila started to move as well.

“Keeeeek, huuuuff.”

Dragon Lord Neo was breathing heavily.

– 95%.

Cale listened to the Dominating Aura’s voice as he walked closer to Neo.

“This can’t-, be-”

Cale heard what Neo was saying in between his heavy breaths.

“Ugh.”

He then saw Neo push his body back up.

– No way!

The Dominating Aura could not hide his shock.

– He can handle this much? Is he the fucking god crazy about balance?

Cale easily ignored the fuss.

“A human, dares-, to me-”

Neo’s body filled with a bit more power.

His body stood up a bit straighter.

Smile.

Cale then smiled.

“!”

As Neo’s eyes opened wide while seeing the smile…

Chhhhhhh-

He heard the sound of chains coming from somewhere.

“Ugh!”

Neo’s head moved to the left.

“You, you-!”

The golden chains wrapping around his wrist…

The chain connected to the shield managed to bind Neo.

“F, u, ck!”

As Neo barely managed to channel his mana to strike at the shackle…

Boom!

“Ugh!”

His head was raised up.

– Human, I hit him!

Raon sent a mana missile that struck Neo in the face.

Drip.

– His nose is bleeding!

Neo’s nose started to bleed.

“Ugh, ugh.”

Chhhhh-

The golden shackles continued to bind Neo’s arms and legs.

Neo stopped resisting and took a deep breath.

It could not be helped.

“Huff. Huff.”

This aura suppressing him…

‘… The God of Chaos.’

Why was he thinking about that crazy motherfucker of a god right now?

It was at that moment.

“You-”

Cale slowly asked.

“Why haven’t you been looking into my eyes?”

Flinch.

Neo’s shoulders flinched.

“You’re scared, aren’t you?”

Neo bit down on his lips.

This human in front of him… Cale Henituse.

‘Be wary of a person named Cale Henituse.’

A wanderer of the Five Colors Bloods had warned him.

‘But I didn’t hear about something like this.’

Cale Henituse’s gaze was odd as he looked down at him.

They had been normal, but Cale Henituse’s eyes had been saying something since he started releasing this mysterious aura.

Give me your blood.

Give me your power, your heart.

Dragon Slayers.

An intense greed that could not even compare to the Dragon Slayers swept over Neo.

He felt as if he was seeing a mirage of being imprisoned in a swamp.

This power was also the one that made him think of the God of Chaos.

‘What is going on?

Who the hell is this human?’

“Haaaaaaaaa. Haaaa.”

‘I can’t look into those eyes.

Even though I am someone who is to become a god…

Despite all of the time I persisted through to get to this point…’

‘There is only one task for the patriarch of the Purple Bloods.

To keep things going.’

‘You just have to pass your time to the next generation.’

The Purple Bloods.

That time when he became the patriarch and succeeded the past generation’s time…

Neo felt as if he had gained everything.

He was the greatest of all Dragons.

Maybe he could even defeat a god.

However, reality had been cruel.

‘I believe I told you to pass it on?’

His role was to pass it on.

‘The Five Colors Bloods……

I was just a damn chess piece for those motherfuckers.’

‘I already told you. Dragons cannot become gods. You will be alone even if you were to become a god. None of the gods would accept you as one of them.’

That bastard from the Five Colors Bloods… He recalled what that bastard had said.

‘It would be bad if a mere Dragon coveted a position only single-lifers could hold.’

‘The finite life of a strong individual. Just enjoy that to its fullest and pass the power on to the next generation.

That is your role.’

‘The patriarch of the Five Colors Bloods!

That bastard is also human.

Yeah. He is a living human.

Just like this Cale Henituse.’

“Haaaaaaaaa. Haaaa.”

Boom.

Neo’s heart was beating.

His whole body was bound by chains now.

It had gone past his arms and legs to tie up his body as well.

“…I-”

Neo opened his mouth.

“Do you think I would be defeated like this?”

‘I have time.

I still have my time.’

It was at that moment.

“Pfft.”

Cale chuckled and looked at Neo.

No, he was looking down at the bound Neo.

“You-”

Neo did not dare to look at him.

However, he had no choice but to do so after hearing what Cale said next.

“You don’t have time.”

Boom.

Neo’s heart thumped.

Cale continued to speak.

He pointed at Neo.

“Axion told me something.”

Axion, the Third Saint Dragon.

He had been Neo’s trusted subordinate and his longest and closest friend.

“He had never seen you use the time attribute so much and so often.”

Cale’s dark brown eyes glowed eccentrically.

He had kept his eyes on it.

He had been paying close attention to Neo’s body’s weird condition.

He breathed heavily every time he used his power.

It was as if it was difficult to use it.

Neo would supposedly die if his heart was struck properly even once.

“Your body.”

What would all of that mean?

Why had Neo been holding on without using his time attribute?

“Haaaaaaaaa. Haaaa.”

What did his heavy breathing, something that Neo had not realized, mean?

Neo.

His body…

“You’re already breaking down, aren’t you?”

It had started a countdown to the end.

Dragon Lord Neo.

This guy was the one without time.

His lifespan…

A law of nature that nobody could avoid was coming for him.

The answer had slowly revealed itself since the cataclysmic period, the roaring of the mana had started.

Cale looked at Neo’s body, which could no longer maintain the purple mana he had been desperately keeping around him.

While the other Dragons were using their attributes or bodies as that was more efficient than using mana in this situation…

Neo had not returned to his true appearance, he had not used his body. He just held onto his mana.

He held onto it even stronger than he held onto his attribute.

Cale reached his hand out.

Shh.

Neo’s hair gently fluttered in between his fingers.

“Time didn’t forget about you.”

The purple hair that lost mana was turning white.

Neo’s young face slowly turned wrinkled like the fatigue that was visible under his eyes.

A feeble old man was now in front of Cale.

Trash of the Count’s Family Part 2 Chapter 319: I’ll do it (6)

Choi Han stood in the lead and gave orders to Hannah and Clopeh.

“Get as close as possible.”

As he said that…

Tap!

His feet were already kicking off the ground toward Dragon Lord Neo.

Swoooosh-

He could hear the sound of wind.

The shields started to move.

The hundreds of white shields trying to control the area created a path for Choi Han.

The shields were already creating a sloppy but large circle.

The circle was slowly shrinking in size toward the Dragon Lord, getting rid of those sloppy gaps.

‘Gold light.’

Choi Han could see the golden dust seeping into the gaps between the shields.

‘Sheritt-nim will use shields to create a domain to imprison the Dragon Lord.’

The dust moved in between the shields and Dragon Lord Neo… Seeping into every spot in the area.

Choi Han swung his sword.

Baaaaang!

Neo’s hand easily stopped Choi Han’s sword.

“…….”

He looked at Choi Han with an emotionless gaze.

Choi Han’s face that was reflected in his eyes was emotionless as well.

Furthermore-

“Hahaha!”

Choi Han could see Hannah laughing cheerfully as she jumped over his shoulder and swung her sword toward Neo.

There were faint traces of a holy golden light in sword master Hannah’s sword with the majority of it dyed black.

It was dead mana.

“…….”

Neo waved his hand.

Purple mana headed toward Hannah.

Baaaaang—!

“Ugh!”

There was a loud noise and Hannah was pushed back.

Hannah was still laughing.

“Haha-, I guess even Dragons find dead mana to be leery?”

“……!”

Neo was about to say something when he felt something behind him and turned his head.

“!”

He then saw a person.

Choi Han and Hannah…

While the two of them charged from the front, this person moved stealthily as if he had disappeared into their shadows.

Dust and shields, the two swordsmen running wild…

The swirling weather and the sounds of battle…

This was someone who could truly be free only in such a situation.

Clopeh Sekka.

As Neo saw him and scowled…

Smile.

Clopeh licked his lips and smiled again.

However, Neo could not get a good look at that smile.

Shhhhhhh-

He saw a white snake trying to slither up his arm.

No.

This white snake was made of dead mana.

Baaaaang!

Neo’s purple mana created another loud explosion.

Chssssssss-

The snake disappeared.

“How disappointing.”

Clopeh’s comment did not match the smile on his face as he withdrew.

Neo tried to chase him but it was not easy.

“Tsk!”

Baaaaang!

Baaaaang!

Hannah and Choi Han swung their swords at him nonstop.

This was especially true about Choi Han, who was endlessly swinging his sword as if there was no escape.

Ch.

‘Mm.’

Hannah subconsciously took a step to the side because of the aura domain coming from Choi Han and wiped her arm.

‘Crazy bastard.’

She knew that Choi Han had gone quite easy on her during their spars, but now, she could clearly feel it.

‘He gets stronger and stronger.’

How strong could a person get in the way of the sword?

Hannah realized that there were no limits to the way of the sword after seeing Choi Han.

Baaaaaang!

There was another explosion at that moment.

“Hoo hoo.”

She heard an annoying laugh.

Clopeh had hidden himself in Choi Han’s shadow and the noise once again to approach Neo before he had to withdraw again.

‘Crazy bastard.’

This was also a crazy bastard.

A swordsman was moving like an assassin.

However, he was still clearly a swordsman.

Why? Because he was so damn good with a sword.

Dead mana as well. Much more skillfully than Hannah herself.

That was why he was a crazy bastard.

‘And-’

Baaaaaang!

Choi Han was using every opening created by Clopeh.

He was attacking Neo without stopping.

‘How are the two of them working together in tandem so well?’

The annoyed Hannah was about to attack when she stopped.

Baaaaang!

The moment Neo smacked Choi Han’s sword…

“Mm!”

Neo groaned for the first time.

His gaze moved toward his other hand.

To be more specific, the edge of his sleeve.

There were extremely small speckles of dust there.

The dust was golden.

But the number of speckles was not small.

Enough dust had gathered to wrap around his wrist.

“When-!”

When had so much dust gathered together?

Neo’s pupils started to shake.

He had thought that these three swordsmen were charging at him to make sure he did not have the opening to use his attribute.

However, he now learned of their true intentions.

The dust wrapped around his wrist…

The warm beige-colored power seeped in between the dust speckles…

Mila opened her closed eyes.

It was time.

“Mmph!”

She then clasped her hands together.

The dust speckles connected together.

“!”

The dust, no, the shackles that constricted around Neo’s wrist…

There were chain-like threads that connected those shackles to the shields.

That was not the end.

Oooooo– oooooo–

Choi Han’s sword slashed at him with his aura domain wrapped around it. Hannah and Clopeh’s swords were slashing down behind Choi Han’s.

Cale had said this to the allies.

‘One shield is not enough. Although shields are large, they have a lot of gaps.’

Those gaps…

‘We will use dust and connect together to bind the Dragon Lord.’

‘We will create a large prison.’

‘Neo will be tied and dangling inside it.’

All of his limbs will be tied down.

And at that moment…

‘That is when I will aim for the Dragon Lord’s heart.’

This was the reason Choi Han was attacking nonstop.

‘The foundation of this world and the World Tree will try to minimize the weird changes as possible, but the cataclysmic period will get worse as time passes on. In the end, the commoners will be harmed.’

Yes. He could not stop.

He needed to prevent the Dragon Lord from doing anything.

Choi Han could see Neo trying to stop his sword.

So he swung his sword without any hesitation.

Baaaaaang!

As a louder explosion than ever before rang out…

“!”

Choi Han’s eyes opened wide.

“Fuck!”

He swore.

“Haha.”

Dragon Lord Neo laughed.

It was neither Neo’s hand nor his purple mana that stopped Choi Han’s sword.

The golden shackles that stopped forming…

Neo had used it to stop Choi Han’s sword.

Thankfully, neither Choi Han’s sword nor the shackles were destroyed.

“Mm.”

But Eruhaben…

“!”

And Choi Han became flustered and stopped for a moment.

It was only for an instant.

However, that was enough.

“N-”

Choi Han subconsciously opened his mouth.

Blink.

He blinked and realized that the Dragon Lord had disappeared.

The shackles that did not finish connecting together were floating in the air with nothing inside it.

‘Attribute!’

That bastard had used time.

It was not teleportation.

He could not do that right now.

That meant that the bastard definitely stopped time and moved himself somewhere else.

Where could that be?

‘Fuck.’

He had his answer.

At that moment…

“Choi Han!”

Hannah called out to him and Choi Han could see Clopeh coming toward him.

Reflected in Clopeh’s green eyes…

He could see himself.

And behind him…

‘It’s too late.’

Dragon Lord Neo was standing there.

“Huuuuuu.”

He could hear the Dragon Lord breathe.

Smile.

Neo then smiled.

The moment he saw Neo in Clopeh’s green eyes…

Choi Han tried to turn around, but…

The purple mana in the Dragon Lord’s hand was already attacking Choi Han.

Because the mana was fluctuating wildly…

This was just mana shot out instead of a proper spell, but…

“!”

Choi Han could feel the strong power within the mana.

The Dragon Lord…

He had used time to move behind Choi Han, then focused so that he could condense mana into a strong attack despite finding it difficult to cast a spell right now.

He had to stop time for a while to do that, but… The effects were clear.

Choi Han could not do anything.

No, he had no time to do so.

He got chills on his back.

Was this the reason time was so scary? The moment he felt that…

Paaaat!

A shield appeared right in front of him.

It was a black shield.

‘Raon!’

As he was about to feel that Raon had helped him…

Flap.

Choi Han heard the wind rustle and saw the Dragon half-blood fiercely flying toward him.

That was not all.

“I guess you are too young to know the meaning of controlling an area.”

Choi Han could still see a bunch of dust in the air.

‘Huh?’

Now that he thought about it, there was too much gold dust.

There was more than usual.

He had never seen Eruhaben bring out so much dust before.

As he had that thought…

Baaaaang!

One of the dust specks exploded.

It created a chain reaction.

Numerous specks of dust exploded between Neo and Choi Han.

“Mm.”

Neo stepped back.

He created distance between himself and Choi Han.

Neo looked at the gold dust and nonchalantly commented.

“I guess you really can’t fool the years of experience.”

Neo looked at the purple mana in his hand.

He could handle this much mana despite the mana fluctuating wildly.

This was because he was skilled at magic, but also because he had practiced magic for a long time in his own pocket of time.

He looked toward something else.

In between the shields…

He saw a pair of white gold eyes looking at him.

This was another existence that had studied magic for a long time and could use mana as if it was his own hands and feet.

This was someone who had used magic in all sorts of situations.

“Did you say your name was Eruhaben?”

Neo meant the words that he said next.

“How amazing.”

Dust.

The numerous specks of dust taking control of this area…

“There is mana in each of these dust particles.”

That was how they could explode.

The aftershock from the particles crashing into each other made the mana explode.

It was not magic, but…

Those explosions were quite efficient in this situation.

‘There’s as much dust as there is air.’

There was so much dust in this area that he thought the dust was air.

“Haha, Haha-”

Neo started to laugh.

The enemies didn’t give him much time.

The swordsmen charged at him again without resting.

No, there were even more enemies now.

Even more annoying enemies.

“Get on.”

Choi Han got on top of the Bone Dragon.

He resembled a Dragon Knight.

However, Neo focused on the Bone Dragon instead.

“…You are alive.”

This was not a necromancer’s bones being used.

“Were you a Dragon before?”

The Bone Dragon did not answer. He simply looked ready to fight alongside Choi Han.

There was a simple reason Choi Han accepted the Dragon half-blood’s offer.

Neo mumbled to himself.

“You can see it.”

This Bone Dragon could see him.

He waved his hand.

Baaaaang!

“Ugh!”

Hannah was pushed back.

Neo saw the dust trying to tie him down again and used his power.

Boom!

His heart thumped loudly.

The world stopped.

No, only he existed in this gap of time.

Neo started to move.

He had arrived in front of the Dragon half-blood.

“Huuuuuu.”

The moment he let out a breath…

Purple mana headed toward the Black Bone Dragon’s eyes.

‘He can see it.’

This bastard could see his time, so he needed to get rid of these eyes.

Baaaaaang!

However, a black shield was created in front of him.

Of course, it was slower than Neo.

Craaaaaaack-

That was why it was easily destroyed, but…

Flap-

It was enough for the Dragon half-blood to quickly move back.

Because the Dragon half-blood saw it as well.

“Ha.”

Neo sighed.

“How entertaining.”

Despite those words, his eyes looked annoyed.

“You can see it too.”

The Black Dragon he could see through the gaps in the shields…

The young Dragon was clearly seeing everything Neo was doing.

Even more accurately than this Bone Dragon.

That was how he was able to create a shield, albeit a tad-bit slower than him, to protect the allies.

“…You are also using magic.”

This young Dragon was naturally using magic when he and even this ancient Dragon could not do so.

That was why Neo, who could not fully use magic right now, was blocked by this young Dragon’s shield despite using time.

The situation was not good for Neo.

“Yes. Space.”

He had to admit it.

“That thing is quite troublesome.”

His plans were foiled.

But Neo was still calm.

The results would be the same anyway.

However, he couldn’t help but start to get angry.

‘You can have all of these powers once you become the patriarch.’

‘Succession. Isn’t it amazing?’

Time.

‘This may turn you into a god.’

Yes. The attribute of time made him believe that he might become a god.

But these lowly things dared-

“…You dare to see it?”

‘You dare to see my time, you dare to peek at my omnipotence?’

A cold smile formed on Neo’s lips.

‘I guess I should get rid of them first.

These black things.’

A young Dragon and the shell of a dead Dragon.

He needed to get rid of these two first.

Space.

This space the enemies were creating was annoying, but…

Time was on his side.

The roaring Aipotu…

He could create the same results as he had planned even within this chaos.

‘Neo. No, patriarch. The power succeeded to the Purple Bloods for generations is quite strong.’

‘It might take forever for you to digest all of it.’

The Wanderer.

The hunter from the Five Colors Bloods believed he would be yet another Dragon going through the process for the succession.

However, Neo gave his life and his time into it.

‘I was able to take control of time.’

That was why he naturally wanted to become a god.

‘I’ve gone beyond the limits of a Dragon.’

Space?

It was just annoying.

‘It cannot stop me.’

That was the truth.

Neo closed his eyes.

Tick tock tick tock.

He could hear the sounds of a clock.

He could hear the seconds hand moving.

‘Yes, I have my attribute.’

He could feel everything happening in time despite having his eyes closed.

The time used by the three swords slashing toward him…

The time spent by the shield moving to imprison him…

The time used by the dust particles to cut through the wind and get to him…

Everything that exists in the world moves within time.

That was why he was able to recognize all of it.

‘Furthermore, I am the only one who can move in the gap of time.’

How great and mighty was that?

The enemies did not know the power he possessed.

It could not be helped as he had yet to show them his true power.

Neo opened his closed eyes.

He decided to use it.

He decided to use the true value of time.

Boom!

His heart beat wildly.

“Ugh!”

Neo let out a groan.

“!”

His eyes opened wide.

“W, what is-”

He could not speak properly.

‘My whole body-’

Yes, it felt like his whole body was being suppressed by a large boulder.

‘What is this?’

He had not even felt it approach him.

The air just suddenly started to push him down.

No, it was not the air.

Something he could not figure out-

‘Ah.’

Huff. Huff.

Neo found something similar as he breathed heavily.

‘Dragon Fear!’

Something similar to that was pushing him down.

Yes, that was something that did not need to move.

It was something that would strike Neo immediately once used.

‘But I am being suppressed by Dragon Fear?

I, the mighty Neo, am finding it hard to breathe?’

Neo felt something that was different from simple fear.

He could feel the intense murderous intent that was aiming to kill him.

‘Aim, kill, and ea-

Eat……?

It’s trying to eat me?’

Neo slowly moved his head.

Even that was hard to do.

He wanted to use his attribute, but he could not create a moment to focus.

It felt like he may stop breathing at any moment.

‘…A god!’

This was the same thing he had felt when he met a god-

‘Chaos-’

As Neo thought about chaos and turned his head…

He finally saw the red-haired man looking at him through the gaps in the shields.

Cale Henituse.

He had a red crown on his head, and a cape across his shoulders, as he looked at Neo.

Neo subconsciously gasped after looking into those eyes.

“Gasp.”

He had ever felt such emotions even in front of a god.

This man in front of him…

Neo instinctively had a thought fill his mind.

‘Natural enemy.’

Yes.

The natural enemy of Dragons.

That was the only thought that filled his mind.

It was an instinctual feeling that any living creature could feel.

“Huff, huff.”

Cale nonchalantly commented to the heavily breathing Neo.

“Yes, time.”

What Neo had said earlier…

‘Yes. Space. That thing is quite troublesome.’

Cale spoke as if he was responding to that.

That time….

It is quite annoying to deal with.”

And…

– Kahahaha! There is no need for us to cower unless that crazy God of Balance shows up! Of course a mere Dragon has to kneel in front of us! Kahahaha!

The Dominating Aura was laughing crazily in joy.

The cape around Cale’s shoulders…

< Cape of the Sun (Rank: Divine) >

< This is the cape worn by the ruler who created the first nation on the Xiaolen Planet. This ruler was a single-lifer and became the first god born from Xiaolen. >

Its effects…

< Your dignity is increased. >

And the red crown on his head…

This item was the combination of the crown that desired Dragon blood and the Dragon Hunter Emperor.

Furthermore, it also held the power of the cintamani left behind by the imugi that could not become a Dragon.

That power was human warmth.

‘It is an item that stands on the opposite side of Dragons.’

Cale had used it as he cast his Dominating Aura.

He used quite a lot of it without stopping.

He used it as if he was using it against a god.

– Even if he might be at the level of the gods, this punk is still just a Dragon. How can he endure this? Kahahaha!

As the Dominating Aura was so overjoyed he didn’t know how to control himself…

– This power really doesn’t burden your body at all. I wonder why.

Cale ignored the Super Rock and…

He approached Neo.

The surrounding area became silent.

No, the area was quite chaotic with the storm, thunderbolts, and more, but everybody who had been fighting stopped to look at Cale.

They resembled humans who were witnessing a large natural disaster in front of their eyes.

“Huff, huff-”

Neo was still unable to breathe properly and his face turned pale.

– At 80 percent! I’m going to use all 100 percent!

Cale heard a bright voice as he listened to the excited voice of the Dominating Aura.

– Human! The cape and crown are pretty! You look dazzling! You are sparkling! Gashan’s crows will love it!

‘Fuck.’

Cale scowled at Raon’s comment.

The dazzling appearance… Cale didn’t want to wear the cape and the crown because he didn’t like looking like that.

Trash of the Count’s Family Part 2 Chapter 318: I’ll do it (5)

The reference point.

The moment the sealed small crystal broke…

Cale made eye contact for the first time with Neo with nothing in the way.

Craaaaaaack-

No, there had originally been something in the way.

The half-transparent black shield…

Raon’s barrier…

Craaaaaaaaaack—!

But it broke away so easily by the mana wrapped around Neo’s hand.

– I’ve never seen it break so easily.

As the Super Rock mentioned, Raon’s shield was extremely weak in front of Neo.

It could not be helped.

– Human, I was late!

Neo had appeared in front of Cale before Raon’s shield could be formed properly.

That was why Raon had to cast a spell that was not fully completed, making it easy for the shield to be destroyed.

– …I didn’t react properly!

Raon sounded angry.

‘I guess seeing it doesn’t resolve everything.’

Raon definitely saw all of Neo’s movements.

Despite Neo using his time attribute, Raon had cast his spell as soon as he realized it.

But he had still been too slow.

‘That’s to be expected.’

Raon had seen it before he reacted, making it impossible to fully handle Neo who lived in a different time speed.

Flap, flap.

It was the same for the Dragon half-blood, who was creating a shadow on top of Cale.

The shadow created by the large Bone Dragon’s body…

Neo and Cale got a good look at each other underneath that shadow.

It was an instant.

In the short instant that the shield broke, without anything in their way…

Cale and Neo looked at each other less than two steps away from one another.

Cale realized it the moment Neo’s tired eyes looked at him.

‘He knows who I am.

He recognized me as soon as he saw me.

He is certain.’

This confirmed something for Cale.

He now knew that his information was spread to all of the Hunters.

– Again-!

Raon tried to cast his shield again.

But he couldn’t do that.

Baaaaaaaaaang—–

The sky suddenly started to cry.

“Mm!”

The Dragon half-blood looked up at the sky in shock.

The sky, which had been covered in ash-colored clouds, turned weird.

Crackle, crackle.

There were currents in between the clouds as if thunderbolts would start to strike down.

Shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-

A spot a bit away from the plain started to rain.

Rumble—

The sky roared even louder.

The ash-colored sky turned red, then dark blue like the sky before dawn, then it became full with an odd feeling of chaos.

“…….”

Neo looked up at the sky before slowly looking down.

The destroyed crystal…

The moment his gaze locked on the crystal that was snapped in half…

Crack.

He saw the shoes that were stomping on the crystal fragments.

He raised his head.

“Cale Henituse.”

“Yes.”

Cale smiled and responded.

“Why are you calling my name?”

The moment Neo extended his hand…

Baaaaaang!

There was a loud explosion.

– He’s fast even without using his attribute.

The Super Rock commented.

– It’s okay.

The glutton priestess answered.

“…….”

“…….”

Cale and Neo looked at each other again with a half-transparent shield in between them.

“…….”

Neo quietly observed the shield that showed no damage at all despite being struck by his mana-covered hand and withdrew his hand.

Step, step.

He then stepped back.

He also looked around.

“Shit!”

“The cataclysmic period-!”

The ground was starting to let out an odd roar as well.

The rumbling was so strong that it sounded like an unknown animal’s roar.

“…….”

Neo observed it all.

However, Cale could not attack him.

‘Mm.’

The purple mana surrounding Neo was starting to fluctuate even wilder. There was also an odd aura surrounding him.

Neo seemed to be looking around, but all of his senses were focused on Cale and the enemies.

Neo would immediately counterattack if Cale was to attack right now.

‘Mm.’

Seeing Neo like this made Cale feel an emotion he had not felt while facing enemies in the past.

‘I have a bad feeling about this.’

Yes, it was different from feeling scared or thinking that the enemy was strong.

It was an ominous feeling.

Neo’s existence made Cale feel leery. He also felt discomfort.

Why was he feeling this way?

He couldn’t express this question.

‘This is troublesome.’

Beyond the emotions, he could not easily attack Neo.

Time.

That attribute truly was troublesome.

‘I barely saw it.’

Cale, the Dragon half-blood, and Raon.

The three of them could all see Neo’s time, but the amount they could see was different.

What Cale could see was lacking compared to the two Dragons.

But he waited.

“Human!”

The moment Raon shouted…

Smile.

The corners of Cale’s lips curled up.

—–!

There were no sounds.

But everybody noticed the changes.

– The mana is shaking!

Yes.

Mana, which was only given to a select few since the cataclysmic period…

That power that had been suppressed started to roar.

The sky and the ground…

It didn’t stop there. The aura of the entire world started to roar.

The roaring mana…

“Haaaa.”

Neo let out a sigh. He then opened his mouth.

“Come on out.”

He was currently at the center of the castle.

He was on the terrace of his room.

His voice echoed throughout the castle.

– Human, it is the enemies!

Eruhaben, Rasheel, and Mila…

The existences that had not come out no matter how hard the three Dragons tried to provoke them…

The ten Dragon gods…

As well as the Dragons that chose to submit to the Dragon Lord…

All of them revealed themselves.

As for their numbers-

‘There’s a lot of them!’

– Human, there are more than we expected!

The number of enemies was dozens more than they had expected.

‘Were there Dragons we did not know about?’

He didn’t have to question where these Dragons came from.

“The Purple Bloods.”

The Purple Bloods.

Their former patriarch had been a Dragon as well.

Wouldn’t there have been Dragons that followed that Dragon?

Those Dragons were not from Aipotu.

They were just Dragons from the Purple Bloods.

‘Why had I not thought about that?

Damn it.’

Cale scowled after looking at the Dragons.

– They look quite strong!

Each and every one of the new Dragons they saw looked strong.

The foundation of this world.

These Dragons had not consumed that, but they looked like veterans with lots of experience.

The Dragon Lord silently moved past the Dragons looking at him and looked around.

Humans, Elves, Dwarves…

He could see all sorts of races that follow him.

“They are not that useful.”

Oooooo– oooooo–

As the sky and ground roared and the mana flailed…

They were not that useful.

That was why Neo called the Dragons. He gave them an order.

“Kill them all.”

It was at that moment.

The first to step forward let out a loud explosion.

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang—!

“Ugh!”

Someone grabbed his slashed arm and shouted.

“A human dares!”

The Dragon’s arm was dripping blood.

The one who made the explosion and slashed the Dragon’s arm off lowered his sword.

Drip. Drip.

Drops of blood flowed down the sword to the ground.

“I usually don’t listen to others… But I guess I have to this time.”

The Heavenly Demon.

He smiled as he answered Neo.

“Okay. You said to kill them all, right?”

His sword gently slashed from top to bottom.

Slaaash!

The drops of blood that had turned the sword red splashed in all directions.

Baaaaang! Bang! Baaaaang!

Each of the drops of blood held internal ki and destroyed anything it touched.

The Heavenly Demon leisurely laughed as he spoke.

“Even Dragons have red blood it seems.”

“You dare!

Ugh.”

The Dragon holding his arm bit down on his lips and immediately charged toward the Heavenly Demon.

Of the ten Dragon gods…

This was the Dragon with Herculean Strength.

Baaaaaang!

There was a loud explosion where the Heavenly Demon had been standing.

Everything seemed to be shaking.

However, the Dragon with Herculean Strength was the only one standing there once the dust cloud disappeared.

“…You, you- a human-”

The Dragon’s eyes opened wide.

Where was he looking?

He was looking at the Heavenly Demon, who was now standing on top of the castle’s spire.

The area around him was fluctuating.

This was not because mana was going wild nor because of his martial arts.

This dark red presence around him…

It was an aura domain. (TL: I think I’m just going to call it an aura domain to differentiate from here on.)

“Ha.”

Cale could hear Choi Han scoff in disbelief behind him.

Cale was feeling the same way.

‘He said he was just starting.’

Who would believe that this level of aura was just the start?

Of course, the Heavenly Demon’s aura domain was smaller than Choi Han’s.

Maybe it wasn’t wrong for the Heavenly Demon to call his just a beginning when considering that Choi Han’s aura domain was smaller than Cale and the other Dragons’.

However-

‘What is inside it is different!’

Who cared if it was small?

This dark red presence…

‘How vicious.’

Not only was it vicious-

“How pesky.”

Yes. The Heavenly Demon’s aura domain was different from Choi Han’s or Cale’s.

It showed signs of dominating like Cale’s, and showed sturdiness like Choi Han’s to not bend in front of anyone.

However, what was stronger than both of those things was a pesky stubbornness.

No.

‘Maybe it is a firm belief?

Yeah. It is a firm belief.’

The Heavenly Demon.

He was the head of the Demon Cult.

The Demon Cult was a martial arts organization as well as a religious organization at the same time.

The Heavenly Demon was the sky for the members.

He was an existence they could always see but never reach.

The Demon Cult members all believed the Heavenly Demon to be a god.

That firm belief was visible in the Heavenly Demon’s dark red presence.

A pesky firm belief that even death could not break.

– He’s a crazy bastard.

The Super Rock scoffed in disbelief.

– That human believes himself to be the sky, to be a demonic human.

It was exactly as stated.

The Heavenly Demon’s aura domain was the Heavenly Demon.

He had rejected the Peerless God of War’s martial arts in order to find his own path.

The path that he found in the end was the ‘Heavenly Demon.’

But it did not end up as the ‘Heavenly Demon’ because he is the Heavenly Demon.

‘He himself thinks his domain should be the Heavenly Demon.’

He himself had chosen the Heavenly Demon.

Who would be happiest about that?

The Heavenly Demon himself?

No.

There were others who would go crazy after seeing this aura domain.

“It’s going to turn into chaos.”

SCREEEEEEEEECH—

The Black Castle’s door opened.

The sky roared and the ground shook.

The mana fluctuated wildly.

However, Cale’s side also had people who had no relations to mana.

– Human, it is the martial artists!

The temporary portal connecting the Central Plains to Aipotu…

There were lots of people who had come through this portal to gather at the Black Castle.

The martial artists of the Triumvirate had come from the Central Plains for different reasons.

To get revenge on Neo for destroying Sichuan.

To take care of others associated with the Blood Cult to prepare for the future.

If not that…

– The Demon Cult is leading the charge!

Just to follow their god.

The Heavenly Demon’s aura domain…

That did not just spread fear.

It gave certain people something to cheer for.

The Demon Cult.

Cale subconsciously mumbled after seeing the Demon Cult members.

“They’ve gone even crazier.”

The people who would even play dead if the Heavenly Demon told them to do so were charging at the battlefield as if death was no big deal.

Yes, they were charging forward.

There was no hesitation in their movements.

The Heavenly Demon opened his mouth at that moment.

“Kill them all.”

The Heavenly Demon repeated Neo’s words.

“Ha. That attitude of his.”

As Cale looked at the Heavenly Demon and chuckled…

As if to respond to the Heavenly Demon…

“Demon!”

The Demon Cult charged at the enemies.

The other martial artists were behind them.

Having their own internal ki, the flailing of the mana was not a concern.

“…….”

The Heavenly Demon started to move again.

“Eek!”

He moved toward the Dragon charging at him.

Baaaaaang!

Bang!

Loud explosions echoed out one after another.

It was not just the Heavenly Demon.

The Imperial Palace’s Fist King, Mok Hyeon, The Beggars’ Gang’s Elder Ho, and everybody else charged at the enemies with no signs of showing mercy.

‘Run wild.’

That was the only order in their minds.

Add even more chaos to the chaos.

That was their role, and for the martial artists who had created all sorts of issues in the Central Plains, this role was pretty easy.

They didn’t think about what comes next and just charged.

Humans, Elves, Dwarves…

“You human bastards, you dare!”

Even at the Dragons.

As the Dragons looked at Mok Hyeon, Elder Ho Song Yi, the Heavenly Demon, and the others in disbelief and tried to activate their attributes…

“!”

Some of the Dragons felt a chill and urgently moved back.

Where they had been standing…

Baaaaang!

Bang!

There was a loud noise and a giant ditch was created on the ground.

There were two figures standing in the ditch.

These two robed figures had been mixed with the martial artists.

Shhh.

Witira removed her hood.

Mana? The ground? The sky?

Why did any of that matter?

Witira reached out her hand.

Drip. Drip.

“It is raining this time.”

She smiled brightly after seeing the water. The figure next to her was slamming his fists together.

Bang, bang!

Archie was the one who had created the giant ditch and was laughing loudly.

“Keke. I get to fight against a Dragon to my heart’s content? Fuck, this is too sweet!”

The Whales had joined the fight.

But they were not the only ones to join.

Caw. Caw.

Crows appeared in the sky.

Step, step.

Tiger shaman Gashan calmly walked out of the Black Castle.

Beast people quickly charged past him into the battlefield.

Wiesha, who had been in the front of the group, turned into her snake form and swung her large tail.

Baaaaang!

The ground shook.

Someone stepped on her tail to shoot up.

It was Lock.

He was already in his berserk form as he easily climbed over the castle wall and landed on the ground.

Martial artists and Beast people…

The Dragons scowled after looking at them.

There were looks of disbelief and shock mixed in as well, but…

The martial artists and Beast people were smiling.

It could not be helped.

Archie provoked the Dragons and asked.

“You’re not going to use your attributes?”

He snickered.

“Mana is hard to use right now, isn’t it?”

That was right.

The mana was going wild right now.

It was difficult for the Dragons to use magic in such a situation.

They would need to focus very hard to use magic.

But they would be attacked by the enemies as they tried to focus.

As a result, the easiest weapon to use right now was their attribute.

Smile.

The corners of Cale’s lips curled up.

Boom.

Boom.

Eruhaben and Mila landed on either side of him.

Lord Sheritt was still floating above the Black Castle, looking in his direction.

Cale stood with two reliable Dragons next to him as he addressed the Dragon Lord.

“It looks like teleportation will be hard. Right?”

Time and space.

Of the two, the first step to control space…

Was to prevent teleportation.

Neo would find it difficult to teleport, even if he stopped time, because of the mana running wild.

This was because the mana coordinates of his destination would be messed up.

“Hehe.”

Raon, who was stuck to Cale’s back, snickered.

It was almost an annoying laugh.

“!”

Cale’s eyes opened wide.

“Hehe.”

Cale also laughed despicably.

Why?

– Human, as expected, I can still use magic!

‘Seriously?

I didn’t think about this at all.’

Raon could use his magic as usual.

The present.

That attribute truly was great and mighty.

Cale snickered and spoke to Neo, who could still use his time attribute.

“I guess you have no choice. You have to fight here. Right?”

“…….”

Neo’s eyebrow twitched.

The purple mana in his hand fluctuated even stronger.

His mana had not died even in this chaos.

“!”

However, Neo flinched for just an instant.

Cale feigned ignorance about what he had seen and raised his hand.

First, he had grabbed the enemies by their ankles.

In that case-

‘Time to imprison them.’

The moment Cale waived his hand…

Lord Sheritt started to move.

Boom!

The Black Castle started to shake once she gently stomped her foot.

Dozens of shields that had been around Sheritt started to move.

No, more shields were being created nonstop.

“…….”

Neo could see hundreds of shields heading toward him.

There were now so many shields that it was hindering him from seeing.

In the small gaps between the shields…

Something seeped in.

– It’s gramps’ dust!

Golden dust took place in the gaps between the shields.

Then it was Mila’s turn with her Connect together attribute.

The shields and the dust…

She quickly started to connect them together.

Her speed was almost as swift as Cale’s instant.

The three Dragons were using everything they had.

They only had one goal.

Imprison.

Completely tie Neo down in this spot.

Of course, Neo would not just stand there and do nothing.

He was still strong even if he could not teleport.

But there were individuals who stood to stop him.

Clang.

It was Choi Han, Clopeh, and Hannah.

Choi Han released his aura domain.

“Hoo hoo.”

“This looks fun.”

While Clopeh and Hannah released black auras.

This was something else not affected by the upheaval. It was dead mana.

The last of their allies to step onto the battlefield at this moment were the Dark Elves.

“Ugh. Bone Dragon!”

“You need to destroy the connecting points of bones controlled by a necromancer!”

There was also Mary and the Dragon half-blood. There was no better duo when facing against a plethora of enemies.

Cale looked around before calmly looking at his allies facing off against Neo.

– Cale, are you going to be landing the final blow?

He ignored the cheapskate as he did so.
