Trash of the Count’s Family Part 2 Chapter 315: I’ll do it (2)

Cale continued to speak.

“There’s also a bigger issue.”

“That’s right! That reference point!”

It seemed clear that this machine would use the reference point and the grey liquid to shoot something.

“The reference point will definitely break when the machine shoots the bomb. The seal will release or break.”

Cale could understand why this device could destroy eighty percent of Aipotu.

He didn’t know everything Neo had prepared, but…

The moment the reference point is destroyed, the aura in Aipotu would mutate once again.

In that chaotic state, a large explosion of energy would start from the spot where the reference point was destroyed.

Furthermore, if this power, that seems to also have the power of chaos, explodes-

‘I don’t know about 80 percent, but a disaster will definitely befall Aipotu.’

But if, really, if he…

“…If that bastard stops time and then activates that machine?”

The children averaging ten-years-old and Choi Han were silent when they heard that.

Silence filled the area.

All of them started to picture that terrible sight in their minds.

No matter what they were thinking about, it was definitely the worst.

“Human, let’s destroy that!”

Raon quickly shouted and didn’t know what to do.

“Calm down.”

Cale calmed Raon down.

On came over and patted Raon as she spoke.

“We need the Dragon Lord gone to go in there, nya.”

It was as On said.

Lord Neo needed to disappear from the room for Cale to go inside.

‘Shit.’

But was that possible?

Cale scowled.

‘The Dragon Lord will stay in there unless it’s something big.’

He needed to look at this machine.

What else would he pay attention to other than this device that could destroy 80 percent of Aipotu?

“Human, the thing drawn inside that Grand Pavilion is a teleportation magic circle! It is an extremely large mass teleportation magic circle!”

Raon finally figured out what was on the other side of the blurry screen.

“… So that’s how it is.”

Cale could read Neo’s thoughts.

“Activate the machine and scorch Aipotu.”

While that was going on… Or maybe even before…

“Activate the teleportation magic circle to move his subordinates into his lair and then get them into the game.

Ha.”

Cale was extremely annoyed.

Swish swish.

The grey liquid filled some more.

There wasn’t much time.

However, the Dragon Lord would look toward them if they opened this door and went inside.

Then he had no idea what that guy would do.

‘Do I still go in?

I feel like I can’t just stay here doing nothing.’

Cale felt the children averaging ten-years-old and Choi Han looking at him, but he couldn’t say anything without giving it much thought.

‘Something feels iffy.’

He felt like he shouldn’t just barge in and destroy this machine.

‘Is there nothing I can do?

How can I make the Dragon Lord move?

Damn it!

It would be great if I could contact the Black Castle right now!

Should I log out and contact them?’

That seemed to be the best plan.

Cale was disappointed that he asked them only to buy him some time.

The Dragon Lord would have no choice but to leave if the others caused a shitshow.

‘Fuck.’

Cale decided to log out and deliver the information.

“Raon-”

‘Let’s go out with Raon who can use magic since I don’t know where I will end up logging out.’

“Human, what is it?! Did you figure out a way-”

“Hold on!”

Cale ended up not needing to do that.

“Human, someone is entering the room!”

Dragon Lord Neo’s room door burst open and someone rushed in.

Neo met with that person.

They could not tell what the two of them were talking about.

They couldn’t hear anything.

Honestly speaking, they were also not sure about what they were looking at because of the fluctuating barrier.

However-

“He’s coughing up blood!”

They definitely saw the man suddenly cough up blood.

The man dying in front of Neo…

Neo looked down at the man.

Cale subconsciously gulped.

He heard an extremely bright and excited voice at that moment.

“It’s poison!”

Hong shouted.

“He’s coughing blood because of poison, nya!”

“Ah.”

The corners of Cale’s lips curled up.

“They must have done it properly.”

Someone spread so much poison in the enemy base that it needed to be reported to the Dragon Lord.

Cale smiled because it was obvious who did that.

“I told them to control themselves. I never told them to go so far.”

As Cale mumbled and smiled…

* * *

“This is driving me nuts!”

Tasha caused a gust of wind despite not knowing what to do.

Swooooooosh-

The enemy castle… At one corner of it…

Tasha endlessly channeled the wind.

“The sky is green.”

Poisons that gave off green glows were being carried by the wind to spread out everywhere.

The original plan was to spread the poison in a well or underground waterways of the castle, but… They were currently spreading poison in a more active way.

Furthermore, these were much stronger poisons than they originally discussed.

“Huff. Huff.”

Although Tang Yu was breathing heavily…

Drip.

Despite blood dripping down from her mouth, she released this green aura, an aura of poisonous air that contained the Nine Kings of the Sichuan Tang Clan.

The Nine Kings.

Although putting the nine poisons that were the treasures of the Clan in her body to use it was a burden to her body…

“Hehe.”

She was laughing.

“Ugh!”

“I, it’s poison. Run!”

“No, cover your mouth fir, cough!”

Because she was able to get revenge on the one who hurt her family.

The smoke carrying poison rose even stronger as if reacting to her joy.

“Mmph!”

Tasha quickly spread the endlessly releasing green light in all directions.

They would be the ones to be harmed if they did not move this smoke.

The poisonous air did not differentiate between friend or foe. To be more accurate, Tang Yu did not have such abilities.

However, there was the person who offered up this method and was watching them.

Tasha slowly avoided Tang Yu’s bloodshot eyes and looked next to her.

Ssss, ssss.

Ron was wiping his dagger with a handkerchief.

‘An even scarier human.’

Tasha couldn’t hide her look of disgust.

Ron was the one who suggested that Tang Yu do this.

But the reason Tasha didn’t stop Tang Yu despite knowing that it was putting a burden on her body was because the reason was understandable.

‘Of course, there is the fact that Tang Yu wanted it too.’

Tasha recalled what Ron had said.

‘Their actions are weird.’

His voice had been gentle but the words were sharp.

‘These bastards look like they are ready to run away at any moment. Something feels off.’

He spoke calmly.

‘We will first need to plop down some more of them so that they cannot run away.’

He suggested with a smile on his face.

‘Matriarch Tang. Isn’t poison enough? Isn’t it enough to make the enemies not move?

Hoo hoo.”

He was laughing now. It was a vicious smile that no longer looked gentle at all.

Tasha could clearly feel why Cale kept Ron by his side as she continued to spread the green poison.

Tang Yu then peeked at her.

‘She’s working the hardest.’

Tasha was using the Wind Elemental to accurately move the green poison through the enemy territory. Tang Yu looked a bit disgusted before closing her eyes and focusing.

Eruhaben looked flabbergasted while seeing the sky above the enemy castle turn green.

“…What are those kids doing?”

Tap.

His feet landed on the castle wall.

Of course, it was not the Black Castle.

“Eek!”

He landed on top of the enemy castle.

The ancient Dragon looked down at them.

“It’s just that you guys were being so quiet that it was weird.”

Eruhaben looked at the surprised enemies, especially the stiff faces of the Dragons as he spoke.

“That’s why I just came over.”

He put down the thing in his hand.

Boom.

It was the Dragon god with the attribute of gluttony. The unconscious Red Dragon was flung down on the castle wall.

“How, how did he defeat a Dragon that consumed the foundation-”

Eruhaben laughed out loud as a Dragon stuttered to say that.

“Hahaha!”

It could not be helped.

That Dragon was strong, but…

“I’m not your regular Dragon either.”

He was a rejuvenated Dragon.

Attribute and mana…

A Dragon’s power tended to grow stronger as it aged.

That happened as long as the Dragon did not let go of what it had trained and perfected.

Naturally, Eruhaben had never let go of it.

‘In fact, I worked even harder at it in my late years.’

Then he rejuvenated.

Yes, his body became younger as well.

Eruhaben had an accurate assessment of his condition.

‘I’m not in a typical Dragon’s state.’

He was a special Dragon like the ones in front of him.

‘For someone like me to lose to a Dragon that is not one of the three Saint Dragons or the Dragon Lord?

Ha.

That’s unbelievable.’

Step, step.

He came down from the castle ledge, walked along the wall, and spoke to the enemies.

“Since you guys wouldn’t come, I had to come.”

Yes. Cale had told him just to buy him some time, but… ‘Since I made a move anyway, might as well go big?

This is buying him time too.’

Furthermore, something was weird.

‘They didn’t make a move despite how much we provoked them.’

Rasheel and Mila said so many things that would enrage the Dragons but they did not make a move.

It was as if they were waiting for something.

‘If anything, they were the ones trying to drag it out.’

In that case, shouldn’t he look into it?

Eruhaben continued to speak.

“Is the Dragon Lord in there?’

Eruhaben was smiling as he pointed at the castle.

That was why he did not see the door to the Black Castle open.

Screeeech-

The door opened and Rasheel flinched as he turned around.

“Wait, who is coming out to fight now?! There’s not even enough for me to fight!”

Rasheel, who was about to get annoyed, flinched.

“Hmm?”

“Mila-nim!”

Mila looked confused after the person called out to her.

“Rosalyn?”

“We need to deliver a message to Eruhaben-nim!”

Rosalyn had a pile of papers in her hand as she quickly ran toward them.

She spoke to Mila and Rasheel with an urgent look on her face.

“I think everybody needs to take a look at this! I looked into it with Sheritt-nim!”

Rosalyn had been tracking the Dragon Lord’s magic with former Lord Sheritt.

She had rushed out of the castle after finding out a bit about it.

“I think the Dragon Lord is trying to create the cataclysmic period! Also, it is weird that he is continuing to send mana signals inside the lair!”

The Dragons’ faces stiffened after hearing Rosalyn’s comments.

They were at a different place than Cale but they were finding answers in their own ways.

* * *

“Haha!”

‘As expected of that vicious old man!’

As for Cale, he was thinking that he was right to leave it to Ron as he laughed out loud.

Dragon Lord Neo.

He was leaving the room.

“Human, grandpa Ron truly is the best!”

“That’s right! The sky outside the window is green, nya!”

Cale could clearly see the green sky outside the window through the fluctuating barrier.

“Heh.”

He held back a laugh and spoke to Choi Han.

“Pull the door apart!”

“Yes, Cale-nim.”

Choi Han smiled innocently as he threw the door aside.

Baaaaang!

Cale saw the door be destroyed and stepped inside.

Of course, Raon was already extending a paw toward the purple mana first.

Cale walked without any hesitation because he knew Raon was there.

He would hurry inside, and…

“Let’s des, no, stop it!”

‘Life is easy when you have smart allies who know what to do.’

“Hahaha!”

Cale laughed out loud.

Trash of the Count’s Family Part 2 Chapter 314: I’ll do it (1)

The tarnished former hero Gisk. He handed Choi Han the sword and stepped to the side.

They could see the cracker door he had been covering.

“You came to destroy the thing in here, right?”

He asked Cale.

“Is the thing inside here dangerous?”

Cale answered the question.

“Yeah. It’s dangerous.”

“How dangerous?”

“One world.”

The Heinous Dark Bear had said the following.

‘Furthermore, the mass that can destroy eighty percent of Aipotu, that explosion device, is there as well!’

It said that a dangerous item that could completely scorch Aipotu was already activated.

But it was not just one world that was in danger.

“I’m sure Neo will end up in danger as well.”

The reference point inside…

If they could destroy the seal that was currently making Aipotu beneficial to Neo…

The world would arrive at a new conjuncture.

Gisk heard Cale’s answer and nodded his head.

“I see. It will put Neo in danger as well-”

Smile.

The moment a smile appeared on his face…

Baaaaang!

The cracker door was split in perfect halves.

Screeech- boom.

The top of the door that was kicked by Gisk…

The top part of the halves fell to the ground.

It allowed them to see inside.

The bottom part of the door was still dangling.

“As expected of the hero-nim-!”

The bear subconsciously cheered before covering its mouth in shock.

Gisk brushed off the crumbs now on his foot and leg.

Just one kick had split the cracker door…

Even though it looked like numerous magic circles were drawn around it and seemed to have quite the strong defense…

Gisk didn’t care and pointed inside.

“Alright, head on inside.”

A bright smile was on Gisk’s face.

“I am the guard. Opening and closing the door is up to me.”

“…….”

Cale was silent. His face stiffened.

“H, human!”

Raon stuttered in shock.

“What is that in there?’

“Hmm?”

Gisk looked confused.

“What is it?”

He looked toward the door he destroyed.

The moment he saw the inside of a regular house…

“!”

He saw Cale Henituse quickly move past him.

“Huh?”

Choi Han moved quickly as well.

He moved after Cale but he was faster.

“Uhh, uhh?”

Gisk’s eyes opened wide.

Cale paid him no attention and the moment he looked at Choi Han who had moved past him.

Boom!

He pushed the dangling bottom door hard.

He then reached it.

He raised his head.

“…Choi Han.”

“Cale-nim.”

Choi Han was picking up the piece of the door Gisk had kicked off and putting it back together.

Cale nodded his head toward him.

“Amazing.”

“It was nothing, Cale-nim.”

Gisk opened his mouth.

“What is going on?”

As he asked in a flustered tone, Raon shouted after seeing that the door was closed.

“I saw Neo!”

“What?”

Gisk became shocked but Raon was even more shocked.

“T, that was definitely purple eyes! I know it is Neo! I don’t know Neo’s face but the eyes were definitely purple!”

“I saw purple eyes too, nya!”

“…I’m sure I saw a room, nya! It looked like a castle, nya!”

Hong and On tensely commented as well.

“Huh?”

“?”

Cale saw Gisk and the bear looking confused and asked.

“You couldn’t see anything inside?”

“I could not.”

Gisk answered immediately and Cale sighed.

It was a sigh of relief.

He had been quite surprised as well.

“…We saw a portal inside the door.”

Yes. He was sure that it was a portal.

The temporary portal connecting the Central Plains to Aipotu… He saw something that looked almost exactly the same as that portal in the Black Castle within this cracker house.

“You guys saw it too, right?”

Choi Han and the children averaging ten-years-old nodded their heads.

“A portal… This game and Neo’s world are connected?”

“That seems to be the case.”

Cale answered Gisk’s question and started to organize his thoughts.

‘I thought that Neo’s Lair, that basement, was the portal connected to the game.’

They had entered the game as soon as they walked through the basement door.

That was why it was a naturally connected portal, so well intertwined that they didn’t even know they were walking through one.

But there was another portal here?

‘But this is different.’

This portal seemed to be built differently from the one they used to enter this game.

“Human, that portal looked unstable!”

That was right.

The temporary portal started from the ground and made a long oval shaped dimension in the air.

Cale had seen Neo through that dimension.

‘But I couldn’t get a good look at it.’

Similar to the water fluctuating in a lake… He could faintly make out the scene on the other side of the portal.

‘This one is different from the temporary portal in the Black Castle and the one in the Dragon Lord’s Lair’s basement.’

The unstable nature of it was clearly visible.

It seemed weaker than the temporary portal.

“We shouldn’t have been caught, right?”

Cale nodded his head at Choi Han.

“Yeah. He didn’t see us.”

The man with the purple hair…

That bastard had his head turned away at first.

Cale and Choi Han closed the door right away after seeing the back of his head, and they had all seen those purple eyes right before the door closed.

Neo.

He was certain it was that bastard.

“Wait.”

Cale motioned for everybody to be quiet and asked Choi Han to do something.

“Raise it a tiny bit.”

“You want to see inside, Cale-nim?”

“Yeah.”

The upper portion of the now two-pieced cracker door moved up slightly.

Just ever so slightly.

Only big enough for Cale to look inside.

“!”

He made eye contact with the Dragon Lord.

‘No.’

That was not it.

The Dragon Lord was simply looking into the portal.

Cale just happened to look into his eyes.

The Dragon Lord was still observing something inside the portal.

“Huuuuu.”

Cale subconsciously let out a sigh of relief.

‘What is he trying to do?’

Dragon Lord Neo. Cale recorded the Dragon Lord’s face and silently observed him.

‘Mm.’

He then saw the Dragon Lord temporarily turn away from the portal.

‘Is that the Dragon Lord’s room?’

The Dragon Lord’s lair…

Neo was not there.

That meant that the room he was in right now was the castle where the enemies were fighting against the Black Castle.

It should be Neo’s room in that castle.

‘How desolate.’

The only furniture in there was one chair.

That chair was a common wooden chair as well.

However, the space looked extremely big. It resembled a Grand Pavilion.

Neo was sitting there by himself.

‘Yeah. Nobody is there.’

He didn’t see any other signs of life on the other side of the temporary portal.

He couldn’t see it clearly because of the fluctuating barrier, but it was enough to tell that much.

‘He has no interest in this side.’

Neo completely turned away from the portal.

Swish swish.

Cale motioned to Raon with his hand.

“Me?”

Raon whispered and Cale motioned even faster.

Raon quickly moved to Cale’s side.

He hung on Cale’s back and placed his head on Cale’s shoulder to look into the small gap.

“It’s a portal, right?”

“That’s right.”

Raon and Cale whispered.

On walked up to them and commented.

“I don’t think there’s a need to be so quiet, nya.”

Cale flinched.

On didn’t care and calmly continued to speak.

“Gisk made a lot of noise earlier destroying the door but the lord in there didn’t even look in our direction. I think sound cannot be transferred through that portal.”

“Our noona is smart, nya!”

“That’s right!”

Raon was amazed while Cale responded.

“Ahem. You are right.”

He then looked inside again as if everything was fine.

“…….”

His gaze then sank.

On and Hong came over as well to look through the gap with Raon.

The inside of the cracker house was not dark.

“Human, the inside is full of mana!”

The house was full of a purple light.

“Also, isn’t that the foundation of this world?”

There was a radiant five-colored light as well.

The Dragon Lord’s mana and the foundation of this world were intertwined inside this house.

“…Human.”

Raon’s voice slowly started to sink.

“This seems serious.”

Yes.

Cale could feel that too.

The portal was not the issue.

The portal at the center of the house…

The numerous rays of light surrounding the portal…

The rays of light were slowly starting to intertwine and cause friction.

“I don’t think they were like this to start.”

Raon did his best to speak calmly but his voice was shaking.

“Human, did the Dragon Lord consume the foundation of this world?”

“…I don’t know.”

“I’m sure the Dragon Lord must have swiped the most amount of the foundation of this world. Did he use it somewhere?”

“…….”

“I think he used it all here.”

The problem was not just these two presences.

“Human, that magic circle is a problem too.”

“…What is that machine?”

A magic circle and a machine…

There was a large magic circle underneath the temporary portal and the rays of lights.

The shape was quite odd.

“I don’t really know either. That is not a magic circle to activate mana.”

Cale listened to Raon as he looked away from the magic circle and focused on the machine.

“That looks like a cannon.”

On was right about the machine resembling a cannon.

However, it wasn’t one that used gunpowder-

‘It looks like something like a laser will shoot out.’

Cale looked at the top of the machine.

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiing.

The sound of the machine moving echoed around.

He didn’t know who made that magic circle…

Or who made this machine, but…

“Human, do you see that glass bottle on top?”

“Yeah.”

The glass bottle was connected to a part that looked like it might shoot out laser.

A crystal-like jewel floated inside it.

‘For some reason, that-’

He could tell even without being told based on his senses.

‘That looks like the reference point.’

The sealed device… It was that item itself.

Furthermore, he had a feeling about what the explosive device was as well.

Clang. Clang.

The liquid started to fill inside the glass bottle the more the machine ran.

“Human, it’s grey!”

Grey.

This liquid made him think of the God of Chaos.

That liquid was slowly starting to fill.

‘He was looking at that.’

Cale realized that Neo had been checking on how much liquid had filled inside the bottle.

“…It’s almost full.”

The liquid was almost full.

Approximately 85 percent of it was full.

“Human, I’m sure that the power sent by that machine will explode with the mana and foundation of this world around it! I’m sure that the plan is to take the impact through the portal into Aipotu!”

Raon shouted confidently.

“So let’s destroy that!”

After finishing his shout, Raon shook his head.

“No. Nevermind! Too dangerous!”

Mana and the foundation of this world…

Hypothesizing that Raon and Cale each dealt with one to push forward…

It felt like they shouldn’t touch that machine without knowing what to do.

Neo was the type who would make the machine explode as soon as someone touched it.

‘What do I do?’

As Raon’s eyes filled with concern…

“!”

Raon’s eyes opened wide.

Neo.

He could see it.

He could see it in that way again.

“I, it’s magic!”

Neo was using his magic.

He was doing so with the time stopped.

Mana fluctuated as he stood alone in the center of the large area.

They couldn’t see what he was doing.

“Ah.”

But they could tell what the magic was doing.

Ooooooooo—

The quiet purple mana fluctuated wildly.

It then moved toward the portal.

The foundation of this world, as if reacting to it, crashed against it and moved as well.

It felt as if they were racing against each other.

“Human! The Dragon Lord used magic again! The more magic he uses, the mana inside the cracker house reacts and tries to get past the portal!”

Raon came to a conclusion.

“If that machine is a ship with bombs, that purple mana is the key to the ship! As for the foundation of this world, that is the second round of bombs to explode after the first!”
